CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C is a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on July 18, 2025.

Leveraging the comprehensive advantages of CITIC Group’s integrated industrial and financial capabilities, as well as CITIC Construction’s strong expertise in engineering contracting, CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C provides holistic solutions that go beyond engineering for clients in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. The company’s business scope covers interior design and implementation, road contracting, electrical and MEP engineering contracting, plumbing and sanitary installation, MEP equipment installation and maintenance, and general building contracting. The company currently holds Dubai’s Unlimited Construction License, enabling it to independently undertake all categories of construction projects within the UAE.
