On September 16, 2025, CITIC Construction (UAE) L.L.C. and CENTURION PROPERTIES LLC held a signing ceremony in Dubai, signing general contracting agreements for four projects: Capital One Office Tower, Flora Peninsula Apartments, Sora Apartments, and Twin Towers Apartments. On August 27, 2025, CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C. obtained the Dubai’s Unlimited Building Construction License, Road Contracting License, and Interior Design & Implementation License issued by the Dubai Municipality. With these licenses, the company is authorized to carry out road construction, construction of high-rise buildings, villas, and industrial facilities.
