MAG Park Keturah Reserve Project, UAE

Adopting ecological livability as its core concept and biophilic design principles, the MAG Park Keturah Reserve project aims to integrate nature into the man-made built environment, creating a high-end residential community focused on enhancing residents' health and well-being. Located in Mirdif, Dubai, UAE, the project is just a 10-minute drive from the city center, offering unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa. As a residential project, it includes 93 townhouses and 2 detached villas, all adopting precast concrete frame structures with a total construction area of approximately 54,848.8 square meters; in addition, there are 6 mid-rise buildings with a total construction area of approximately 169,610 square meters. The overall project has a total construction area of about 224,458.9 square meters with a construction period of 30 months. CITIC Construction signed the EPC contract for this project on May 19, 2025, and the contract is currently in effect and under execution.
