Owned by Centurion Properties, the Capital One Office Tower Project (Capital One, Motor City) is an office building currently available for sale. Located in Dubai Motor City, adjacent to the Dubai Autodrome—a key development area in Dubai—it is a 15-minute drive from the Burj Khalifa and a 25-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The project consists of 24 floors (2 Basements + Ground + 20 Floors + Roof) with a total construction area of 81,000 square meters, featuring a full glass curtain wall facade and a construction period of 24 months.
