Owned by Centurion Properties, the Flora Isle Residences Project is an apartment complex located on Dubai Islands, adjacent to Old Dubai Deira, a 18-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The project mainly consists of three towers, offering a variety of unit types including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, with a total of 251 luxury apartments and strong pre-sale performance.

Adopting a full-frame structure, the project covers a land area of 15,182 square meters. Each tower has 10 floors (1 Basement + Ground + 7 Floors + Roof) with a total construction area of 51,300 square meters and a construction period of 21 months. This project is one of the four projects for which CITIC Construction signed the EPC contract with Centurion Properties on September 16, 2025, and the contract is currently in effect and under execution.
