Owned by Centurion Properties, the Sola Residences Project is an apartment complex located in Jebel Ali Village, Dubai—a key development area in Dubai South. Adjacent to the Dubai Red Line Metro, it is a 5-minute drive from DMCC Free Zone and a 10-minute drive from Al Maktoum International Airport.

Covering a land area of 5,106 square meters, the building adopts a frame-shear wall structure and consists of 15 floors (Ground + 13 Floors + Roof) with a total construction area of 37,753 square meters and a construction period of 21 months. This project is one of the four projects for which CITIC Construction signed the EPC contract with Centurion Properties on September 16, 2025, and the contract is currently in effect and under execution.
