CITIC Construction Chairman Yang Jianqiang Signs Agreements and Conducts Business Activities in the UAE

From May 19 to 20, 2025, Yang Jianqiang, Chairman of CITIC Construction, carried out a series of business activities in the UAE. He met with MUAFAG Al Gaddah, Chairman of MAG Group, and Talal Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Vice Chairman; Manoj Garg, Chairman of CENTURION Group; CEO Joby George; and other local partners. During the visit, he witnessed the signing of the construction contract for the MAG Park Keturah Reserve project in Dubai, which took immediate effect, as well as the signing of Memorandums of Understanding for cooperation on the MAG Keturah Ardh project, the Dubai Motor City project, and Centurion development projects.

During his meeting with MUAFAG, both parties held detailed discussions on the MAG Park Keturah Reserve and MAG Keturah Ardh projects and visited the respective project sites. MUAFAG expressed appreciation for the efforts of the CITIC Construction team and shared the latest project updates, expressing his desire to accelerate the commencement of construction. Chairman Yang stated that CITIC Construction would swiftly finalize the project team formation and would deliver the project with the most professional team, the fastest construction speed, and the highest level of quality, demonstrating CITIC Construction’s strong commitment to performance and excellence.

In the meeting with Manoj Garg, he introduced CENTURION’s business distribution and future development plans in the UAE, expressing his intention to build a long-term partnership with CITIC Construction to jointly advance cooperation across the UAE market. Chairman Yang thanked him for his recognition and trust, stating that CITIC Construction would leverage its strengths in resource integration to better support CENTURION’s business development in the UAE.

Teng Tao, Deputy General Manager of CITIC Construction, and relevant representatives from the Middle East Division and the Dubai Representative Office accompanied the visit.
