CITIC Construction Signs Four General Contracting Agreements in the UAE Market

On September 16, 2025, CITIC Construction (UAE) L.L.C. and CENTURION PROPERTIES LLC held a signing ceremony in Dubai, signing general contracting agreements for four projects: Capital One Office Tower, Flora Peninsula Apartments, Sora Apartments, and Twin Towers Apartments. The scope of work includes structural works, waterproofing and insulation, MEP works, architectural finishes, and doors and windows.

The Capital One Office Tower project, located in Dubai Motor City, has a total built-up area of approximately 81,000 square meters and a construction period of 24 months.

The Flora Peninsula Apartments project, located on Dubai Island, has a total built-up area of 51,310 square meters and a 24-month construction period.

The Sora Apartments project, located adjacent to the Dubai Metro Red Line, has a total built-up area of 37,700 square meters and a 26-month construction period.

The Twin Towers Apartments project, also situated on Dubai Island, has a total built-up area of 34,628 square meters and a construction duration of 22 months.

This achievement marks another major milestone for CITIC Construction in the UAE market, following the signing of the MAG Keturah Park project contract in May of this year. These projects integrate innovative design principles and sustainability concepts to deliver high-quality commercial and residential developments, providing long-term value to clients. The UAE subsidiary will leverage CITIC Construction’s comprehensive strengths, build efficient execution teams, and mobilize local resources to ensure high-quality project delivery and further solidify CITIC Construction’s reputation in the UAE market.

CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C., established on July 18, 2025, is a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Construction. The company has obtained Dubai’s Unlimited Construction License. Its business scope includes interior design and implementation, road contracting, electrical and MEP engineering, plumbing and sanitary installation, MEP equipment installation and maintenance, and general building contracting.

Since its establishment in 2013, CENTURION PROPERTIES LLC has developed more than 20 residential and commercial projects in Dubai. On May 20, the company signed an MoU with CITIC Construction, marking the beginning of comprehensive cooperation in Dubai’s residential and commercial development sectors.
