CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C. Obtains Unlimited Class Construction License

On August 27, 2025, CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C. obtained the Dubai’s Unlimited Building Construction License, Road Contracting License, and Interior Design & Implementation License issued by the Dubai Municipality. With these licenses, the company is authorized to carry out road construction, construction of high-rise buildings, villas, and industrial facilities.
