Maysan Combined Cycle Power Plant in Iraq

The project is located about 20 kilometers southeast of Amarah，Maysan. With planned land use of 21.06 hectares, the project has an installed capacity of 800 MW, powered by gas and steam combined cycle thermal units. Construction on the project commenced on May 15th, 2019.
